Nypro's Supply Chain operation is organized on a global scale to continually achieve supply chain improvements. Nypro Kánaak knows that customers everywhere demand excellence in three major areas of supply chain management:

High Velocity System
High Velocity System (HVS) is a proprietary, enterprise-wide "lean" system that is designed to eliminate all waste and error in all facets of Nypro Kánaak's business. The HVS system is most beneficial to our customers, who receive lower costs and fewer errors in their orders.
Nypro Operating Way
The Nypro Operating Way is a system designed to assure that every customer receives the same level of global reliability, repeatability and consistency in every Nypro facility, including Nypro Kánaak Guadalajara, Iowa and Alabama. Every experience that the customer has is designed to be the same, regardless of plant location, function or planned outcome.
Quality
Quality is a priority. Nypro has a full-time Quality staff at the corporate level, in each region, and at each of the 67 plants. Over 100 Quality professionals direct the activities of hundreds more who build quality into every product we produce. All Nypro Kánaak facilities are ISO 9001:2000 Certified.
